Dayna works for General Dynamics Mission Systems, where I currently serve as a Deputy Program Manager of Operations. In this role, I oversee the production of multiple programs, ensuring efficient operations and successful project outcomes. Additionally, she has been recognized as a BEYA 2023 Modern-Day Technology Leader Award winner, an acknowledgment that reflects my commitment to excellence in the field of technology and leadership. She looks forward to inspiring young minds to explore the intersection of creativity and technology. By engaging kids in the arts, she hope to ignite their passion for innovative thinking and open their eyes to the limitless possibilities that technology offers.
Dayna truly believes that the arts are vital for children's growth and mental development. They not only foster creativity but also build confidence and allow kids to express themselves in unique ways. I’m beyond excited to be involved with P.A.W.E. that focuses on benefiting young kids through the arts. Together, we can inspire and empower the next generation to find their voices and embrace their creativity!
